  • The recommended minimum size is 6 m2. Rental of square meters does not include exhibitor's registration fees.
  • Minimum width of the exhibition stand is 2 m. The length is optional and depends on the number of square meters purchased. Please note the there is a maximum height of 3.30 meters. You are always welcome to send a photo of the stand to office@ortopaedi.dk. When signing up you have the possibility apply for a price category and also to suggest space allocation. It is important for us to stress that we cannot guaranty that you get the allocation/price category of which you apply for. On a first first-come, first-serve basis DOS reserves the right to decide how stand space is allocated. The exhibitors will be space allocated based on availability once payment has been received.
  • Free badges are not included in the square meters. All badges have to be purchased here. Early price on badges is DKK. 2.500,00 after 31 July the price is DKK. 3.000,00. All participants and exhibitors are requested to wear their badge visible during the congress.

  • All advertisments must be approved by DOS secretariat.
    The DOS Bulletin will be distributed to all DOS Members 3 weeks prior to the congress. All advertisements must be approved by DOS secretariat.

  • All participants are required to wear their badge throughout the entire congress. All costs for name badges, lanyards, print and delivery are included.
