The purpose of the ISAR fellowship program is to enhance international registry relationships and collaboration focused on enhancing total joint replacement while creating a mentorship program for young investigators.
Each year, ISAR will select fellows based on
- ISAR Fellowship Program Application including personal statement and Curriculum Vitae

- A study proposal for an international ISAR collaborative project to complete during the fellowship program
ISAR Fellowship Criteria:

- Demonstrated ability to conduct registry-related studies

ISAR will identify ISAR host registries and senior registry investigators to mentor and work directly with the fellows on their proposed projects. During the fellowship, fellows will have the opportunity to observe the host registry’s infrastructure and operations, participate in registry meetings, and collaborate with registry staff and investigators.
Participants will be asked to share their experiences and projects at the annual ISAR Congress meeting and publish the findings of at least one ISAR collaborative study.
ISAR will provide a $10,000 stipend to each fellow to cover travel and other expenses.
